How does consignment sale work?
- We evaluate the vehicle’s market value, agree with you on the key terms, and sign the consignment sales contract.
- We carry out pre-sale preparation, take high-quality photos, create the sales listing, and market the vehicle through the right channels.
- We answer buyers’ questions, arrange test drives, and handle negotiations.
- We prepare the sales contract and take care of all documentation.
- After the sale, the agreed amount is transferred to you promptly.
- Please note that the vehicle must be stored in Classiccar.ee’s official storage facility.
pricing
- The consignment fee starts from €700, plus VAT. (Dependable of the car price)
- After 70 days, an additional listing fee (min. €40 + VAT per month) will be added to the consignment fee.
- If the vehicle is removed from consignment, a pre-sale preparation fee and storage fee must be paid (the amount depends on the cost of the work already performed). This fee does not apply if the vehicle was prepared by the client.
- If the vehicle is removed from consignment, a photography and listing fee of €150 + VAT must be paid.
- If the vehicle is removed from consignment, a monthly listing fee (min. of €40 + VAT) must be paid for each month the vehicle has been advertised.
- If the vehicle is not already stored with us, a monthly storage fee will apply.
